• Sales are conducted to companies only after our credit approval and by invoice.
• Payment terms: 30 days after approved credit check. Prices are not including VAT.
• Currency adjustments – In case of a currency rate deviation on the invoice date by more than +/- 2.00%, a price adjustment will take place with 80.00% of the difference.
• When payment is overdue, a penal interest accrues as from the due date until the date of payment in full.
• Prices are 001 EXW according the Combi-/Incoterms 2010, excluding packaging.
• Shipping and packaging with accompanying shipping documents will be charged according to our prevailing rates.
• We will use “Postens Företagspaket” or Schenker for domestic deliveries; for international shipments TNT alternatively UPS. Other freight solutions can be provided at an additional charge.
• Orders with an order value of less than 2000 DKK will be subject to a fee of 300 DKK.
• For orders with a value below 300 €, a fee of 40 € will be added.
• In other respects the Addtech General Terms and Conditions 2024 apply.
• Invoices will be sent as PDF.
