MP-S
MultiPlier Small is a compact all-round in-line hydraulic pressure intensifier for use in limited space.
Why replace your entire hydraulic system when you can simply boost it?
Scanwill’s hydraulic pressure boosters and pressure intensifiers are designed to give you more performance from the hydraulic setup you already have. Instead of investing in larger pumps, motors, or complete power units, you can increase pressure exactly where it is needed, quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
The result is higher force, faster operations, improved precision, and lower total system costs.
MultiPlier Small is a compact all-round in-line hydraulic pressure intensifier for use in limited space.
MultiPlier Tube is an all-round in-line hydraulic pressure intensifier for tube connections.
MultiPlier Medium is an in-line hydraulic intensifier for medium size hydraulic systems.
MultiPlier Large is an in-line hydraulic pressure intensifier for large-sized hydraulic systems.
MultiPlier Flange is a hydraulic pressure intensifier for flange-on mounting.
MultiPlier Cetop/NG6 is a hydraulic pressure intensifier for Cetop/NG6 mounting.
MultiPlier CT is a hydraulic pressure intensifier for Cetop/NG6 with separate high-pressure ports.
MultiPlier 2000-XP is a hydraulic pressure intensifier for smaller high-pressure power packs up to 2,600 bar/37,700 psi.
We offer four core versions, each developed to match specific applications and operating conditions.
he S Version is the standard version with no internal relief function. It requires the addition of an external tank line.
It is the straightforward solution for applications that require stable and dependable pressure intensification.
The S Version is compact, easy to install, and ideal for general industrial use where extra force is occasionally needed.
Best suited for: General machinery, clamping, forming, lifting, and standard industrial applications.
This version is equipped with the POV valve which functions as an internal relief function.
The P Version offers enhanced functionality and flexibility while maintaining the same reliable pressure boosting principle.
It is designed for applications where performance consistency and system integration are especially important. The P Version ensures smooth pressure build-up and stable operation.
Best suited for: Production environments, automated systems, compact system designs, and applications requiring controlled pressure amplification.
The XP version ensures that the oil is being returned to tank after each high-pressure cycle. This helps keeping the temperature low and the filtration high. The XP connecting is made as an external line.
When your system requires higher output pressure, the XP Version delivers. It is ideal when higher pressure levels must be reached without compromising reliability.
Best suited for: Heavy-duty industrial tasks, high-pressure operations, high cycle frequencies, and applications with elevated performance requirements.
The AV version automatically releases the pressure when the directional valve is changed to neutral. This could be an advantage for safety issues since the pressure will release if the power is cut.
The AV Version integrates automatic valve functionality, simplifying system design and reducing the need for additional external components.
This makes installation easier and improves overall system efficiency. With fewer external valves required, you gain a more compact setup and lower installation complexity.
Best suited for: Applications where space optimization and simplified hydraulic design are important.
